Vermont Maple Syrup

As the largest producer in the United States, Vermont has long been known for producing outstanding maple syrup.  Here at Whaleback Vineyard, we have been sugaring for over 25 years on the family farm.  We are thrilled to be able to continue this time honored Vermont tradition. 

In the early spring, as the sap begins flowing in the sugar maple trees, we ready our taps for the syrup season. The sweet sap is collected from the trees on the farm and the surrounding property to be boiled down into syrup.  Vermont maple syrup is 100% natural, made simply from boiling the sap of maple trees.
